The Rhythm of Boom

 

This year, we participated yet again. This time however, with a slightly smaller group.

The theme for that year was Waves. We eventually decided on a tower defense game, which might sound very cliché. But the unique feature is that the player has to input a specific order for the towers to shoot.

As the screenshot hopefully makes clear, all the towers are connected with specific button inputs. Which in turn, if inputted correctly, makes it more like a rhythm game.

There were four of us and I personally programmed the towers and their input combination and made most of the 3D assets (and their interactivity with the game).
